This workshop is an intensive study of postmodern deconstruction and its benefits. This philosophical and practical work addresses six materials: Space, Shape, Time, Emotion, Movement and Story as exclusive languages, common throughout the staging. This practice and approach place the artist in direct dialogue with the materials, oneself and others. The workshop exercises are based on movement improvisation. The results lead to a greater embodied understanding of the core creativity of the performing artist.
